These terms cover your use of the SelfTech app, made by LocusEDU LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
What SelfTech is
SelfTech is a biofeedback and signal awareness app. It helps you track patterns in your nervous system, your relationships, and the circumstances around you. SelfTech is not a therapy app, and it does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition. It is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, contact a doctor, therapist, or emergency services.
No account required
SelfTech does not require you to create an account or give us a password. Your data is stored in your own private iCloud account, not on our servers.
Subscriptions
SelfTech offers two subscription options, paid monthly at $12.99 or paid yearly at $99. Both start with a 7 day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. All payments are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment information.
Your content
Any entries, notes, or data you create in the app belong to you. Since this data lives in your own iCloud account, we do not have access to it and cannot recover it for you if it is lost or deleted.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SelfTech only for its intended purpose, personal reflection and signal tracking. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app or its content.
Intellectual property
SelfTech, the SelfTech name, and its design, language, and framework are the property of LocusEDU LLC. You may not use our name, trademarks, or content without permission.
No warranty
SelfTech is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for any damages that come from using or being unable to use the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
